Return, Warranty of certain products, Procedure and Repair Policy
1. HealthDynamic DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including
A. Any product that is exceeded the return period more than 7 days counted from the date of product receipt.
B. Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its original wrap or box, and without hangtag).
C. Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
D. Any electronic products, eyeglasses, ski goggles, climbing gear.
E. Any food and drink.
F. Any free gift product and special redemption gifts.
G. Any underwear and socks (due to hygiene reason).
H. Any discount, clearance or outlet clearance product.
I. Any product that was not purchased on HealthDynamic.
J. Any clothing due to sizing and fitting reasons.
K. Any special ordered product which is not in our normal supply.
L. In the event of dispute, HealthDynamic’s reserved all rights and decision shall be final and conclusive.

2. Return Procedure
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps:
A. Contact us and complete all the fields in the form.
B. State in the Comment field: Return Product, your Order Number, description of products to be returned and the reason of return.
C. Pack the returned products along with our order confirmation email securely in a box that we can expedite your request.
D. Send the returning items by prepaid shipping method to our goods return address.
E. All return shipping fee must be prepaid by customer. HealthDynamic do not bear the return shipping fee.
F. In case of returning a product which was purchased with another promotional item (e.g., buy a pair of boots, get a pair of socks free of charge), the value of the promotional item may be deducted from the value of new replaced item.
G. We reserve all rights of final decision upon return policy.
H. The contents of the return policy are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Return Policy
For products purchased from HealthDynamic, only manufacturing defects, the product was not your purchased order, please email purchase receipt to prove your order and product picture demonstrating the area of the defects together with the “Return Form” to email@example.com
A. Fill in the “Return Form” with detailed return product information” and select the way to return the product.
B. Send the Return Form to HealthDynamic customer service firstname.lastname@example.org via email
C. In all circumstances, HealthDynamic official receipt with order number receipt and purchase date is necessary.
D. Only accept the product with proper undamaged package and hangtags can be replaced .
E. Returned product purchased from HealthDynamic, must be sent by prepaid shipping method by post or by courier.
F. We will send you the confirmation of returning the product upon receiving the Return Form.
Any its associated retail shop(s) or partnership will not accept or handle HealthDynamic online shop’s return products.
4. Exchange Process
A. Once we receive your return item, we will proceed with the exchange and send you the item as soon as possible.
B. Please note that if the exchange item you have requested for is out of stock, the refund will be made via your original payment mode.
C. Sold by HealthDynamic partner items will be shipped directly from our overseas suppliers. The delivery lead time according to the availability of supplier’s notice.
D. In case of returning a product which was purchased with another promotional item (e.g., bundle package, free gifts), the value of the promotional item may be deducted from the value of new replaced item.
E. We reserve all rights of final decision upon return policy.
F. The contents of the return policy are subject to change without prior notice.
A. Certain of the products will be offered a warranty for 3-6 months by the supplier/manufacturer from the date of purchase. It depends on the terms and conditions set by the supplier/manufacturer of the purchased products. This covers manufacturing defects, material, parts or workmanship. This does not cover damaged through use, misuse, negligence, alteration, normal wear and tear , accidents, or the product not being used in accordance with the user manual or out of warranty period. In such case, we will charge the repair and maintenance costs if the product needs repairing. We will then advice you the inspection fee, the costs of repair, replacement of parts, labor, transportation and shipment.
B. Defects product are eligible for return within 3 days of receipt by notify HealthDynamic and return the defects product within 7 days. They must be in new condition with original packaging.
C. If you have a warranty or return that needs attention, state and mark the defect spot on the product including a description of the product in the package , email us at email@example.com.
D. We will review your statement and contact you about how to proceed. In the event that the products need to fix, repair or replacement, please refer to the above term#2 Return Procedure, term#3 Return Policy and term#4 Exchange Process.
E. HealthDynamic reserves all right to refuse, not to accept all unclean returned products, or the returned product not in accordance with the terms and conditions under the warranty policy.
F. Free warranty will not apply to the repaired product.
G. Any components of replacement will not be returned to you.
H. We have no liability for any delay if we could not reach you due to your personal reasons. You are advised to provide a correct contact phone number and delivery address.
I. The shipping fee of return, exchange or return repaired product shall be prepaid by customers, HealthDynamic will not bear the said return shipping fee.
J. The contents of the warranty, repair and return policy are subject to change without prior notice.
K. HealthDynamic reserves all rights of final decision upon warranty, repair and return policy.
