This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Healthdynamic.online “Thankful Rewards” activities. In this agreement, the term “participant” refers to you (the applicant). By applying to the Healthdynamic.online Thankful Rewards activities, you are confirming that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions set as below.
Prove of Identification
Healthdynamic.online has the right to request the participant to provide an identity document to prove their identity.
Coupons
For a sale transaction to generate a coupon to the participant, the customer must complete the order and remit full payment for the designated product. Coupon will only be earned on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured referral links. Properly coded links are the sole responsibility of the participant.
Coupons Delivery
Healthdynamic.online will only deliver the coupon once the customer’s order is fully settled. Coupon delivering process can take up to 15 days from the order settled date. Coupons will generally be delivered via email.
Coupons cancellation
In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the participant has earned a coupon, any coupon earned on the refunded order will also be cancelled.
Usage and Obligations
Participants are permitted to use the pre-approved marketing resources available in the Thankful Rewards section of the Healthdynamic.online. Any Logos and other assets not being approved cannot be modified. The participant does not gain any trademark, copyright or any other rights to these materials.
The participants will never imply that they are acting on behalf of Healthdynamic.online and will never advertise Healthdynamic.online products directly. The participants will never bid for advertisements that compete with Healthdynamic.online.
The participant will never represent themselves, Healthdynamic.online or their relationship with Healthdynamic.online in a false or misleading way.
The participant will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email (spam) mentioning or referencing Healthdynamic.online.
Term and Termination
Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice.
If the participant terminates the agreement, no further coupons from Healthdynamic.online will be sent out for future customer transactions.
If Healthdynamic.online chooses to terminate the agreement, coupons earned will be delivered to the participants within 30 days of termination.
Modification
Healthdynamic.online may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available coupons, coupons delivery procedures and Thankful Rewards activities rules.
Healthdynamic.online reserves all rights to determine the final decision on any disputes arising from this agreement .
